OBJECTIVES
• Clarifying all aspects of Erasmus+: KA1 and KA2, including the formal criteria that a school education project must respect in order to be eligible for an Erasmus+ grant;
• Identifying clearly the staff development needs;
• Providing guidance for education professionals on how to plan, organise, implement, monitor and evaluate, disseminate and sustain KA1 and KA2 Projects;
• Analysing the Award Criteria: Relevance of the project; Quality of the project design and implementation; Impact and Dissemination;
• Providing Guidance for writing an European Development Plan, that focuses on internationalisation and modernisation of the school/organisation, establishes strategic, measurable, realistic, and therefore achievable aims, explains how new knowledge will be cascaded to other staff members;
• Carrying out an appropriate selection, preparation and follow-up of activities, including the use of eTwinning portal;
• Integrating the competences and experiences of the staff participating in mobilities into the curriculum and/or the school development plan and ensure that the learning outcomes are properly recognised;
• Ensuring that the learning outcomes are disseminated and widely used within the school/organisation in order to enhance their impact on pupils, teachers, other staff and the school overall;
• Increasing capacity to operate at EU/international level
