Erasmus + applications some times can be frustrating. The programme itself may seem very complex, with all its different courses, projects, etc. When you start understanding what Erasmus+ is all about, you are faced with a new challenge, i.e. preparing a successful application. How can you take time to sit down and deal with all that?

GOOD NEWS! ISEC will provide you with a guidelines, will guide you step-by-step through the application process and help you create an award-winning application! During the seminar the participants will develop descriptions about the mentioned issues focusing on the typical application forms of the different EU activities (Erasmus+ KA1 and Strategic Partnerships KA2). Teamwork, practical exercises and presentations are an important part of the seminar activities.

ISEC offers a comprehensive review of project management such as methodology, toolsets and documentation, and the project life cycle including:

•       Investigation;

•       Analysis;

•       Planning;

•       Design;

•       Production;

•       Monitoring;

•       Evaluation.

Upon its completion the participants will know what needs to be considered when planning a project and learn all about the history of project management. They will have a good understanding of the project management methodology and this will greatly enhance their prospects of preparing and implementing a successful project in the field of KA1 and KA2 of Erasmus+. Participants will gain a good knowledge of different types of documentation such as program, system, technical, paper-based, electronic, and specialist user documentation that help to show how a project has been set up. They will understand the different phases of the system development life cycle and will discover the best practices and tools in planning, organising, controlling, managing project risks and delivering projects successfully.
